Shanghai-Nanjing High-speed Railway along the Yangtze River passes preliminary acceptance check

The Shanghai-Nanjing High-speed Railway along the Yangtze River passed the preliminary acceptance check on Sept. 18, according to Jiangsu Railway Group. This new intercity high-speed railway between Shanghai and Nanjing, which started construction in October 2018, is expected to get fully ready to open by the end of September. At that time, Suzhou’s Zhangjiagang, Changshu and Taicang will join the “1-hour high-speed rail circle in the Yangtze River Delta”.
